The videos don’t seem to be progressing.

The system counts on small pieces of code, or cookies, running on your computer to track where you are at in the course. Cookies must be enabled in order to access the course. So, if you are seeing the video page, this may not be an issue. Still, certain security settings on various networks will allow cookies to exist for a certain period of time, or allow certain permissions.
